Some days you lift. Some days you bond with the bar. Venomenal is for the lifter who shows up, eats their protein and leaves the gym a little bigger than they came in. Hand-drawn by a human, printed in Montréal, made for people who actually train. Soft ring-spun cotton, double-stitched to survive a sick pump!

Size guide

All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. Length is from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem at the back. Chest width is measured across the chest, 1 inch below the armholes. Double the chest width to get the full circumference.

These charts are a guide. Measurements can vary by about 1 inch (2–3 cm), and because blank styles are sometimes discontinued or out of stock, we may print on an equivalent style from time to time. Between two sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit, or use our free size exchanges within 30 days.
