Refund policy

Free size exchanges within 30 days. Wrong size? No problem. Email us at info@pumpous.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll swap your item for another size, free of charge. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Exchanges are for size only and depend on availability. Since every piece is printed to order, we don't offer refunds once an order has shipped.
