Recite the oath and spread the word:

Training morning, noon, or night
Doing reps and doing them right
Let those who worship gravity's might
Beware my power, my muscular heights

Original hand-drawn art, printed in Montréal.

A soft, comfy staple tee in 100% ring-spun cotton, with double stitching on the neckline and sleeves.

Size guide

All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. Length is from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem at the back. Chest width is measured across the chest, 1 inch below the armholes. Double the chest width to get the full circumference.

These charts are a guide. Measurements can vary by about 1 inch (2–3 cm), and because blank styles are sometimes discontinued or out of stock, we may print on an equivalent style from time to time. Between two sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit, or use our free size exchanges within 30 days.
